More than a hundred tech employers and universities came together today to celebrate the initial success of digital degree apprenticeships, and to encourage businesses of all sizes to offer them.

The Tech Partnership were at the TechMix careers show on Wednesday to showcase the benefits of tech careers, apprenticeships and degree apprenticeships to career starters.
Tech Partnership to pioneer Cyber Security Degree Apprenticeship
The Tech Partnership is in the final stages of development of a new degree apprenticeship in cyber security, reflecting strong demand from employers for this innovative approach to developing specialist tech talent.
Looking for a new way to learn? Degree apprenticeships offer students the opportunity to learn on the job while they earn their Honours degree. They're a minimum three-year programme that help students to grow practical technology expertise with project management, interpersonal and business skills.
They can help you kick-start your position in the jobs market by earning the relevant experience that leading employers are looking for, while you earn a full salary, meaning you're fully equipped with the academic knowledge and work experience needed to get ahead when you graduate.
The new Digital & Technology Solutions BSc (Hons) degree forms part of the degree apprenticeship and has been designed by some of the tech sectors leading employers to equip students with the skills the sector is looking for, including

There are currently 3 ways to apply:
- Option 1: Search for vacancies and apply directly through employers’ recruitment websites.
- Option 2: Apply through the Government Apprenticeship vacancy site. The ability to search for degree apprenticeships has been changed recently and some degree apprenticeships may appear under 'higher apprenticeships'
- Option 3: Some degree apprenticeship vacancies may also appear on university websites and on UCAS.
