The Tech Partnership is inviting employers, training providers and others to input on the new draft Apprenticeship standard for the level 3 IT Solutions Technician.
Finding the right digital skills for your business can be challenging. As employers increasingly need to attract and retain talented digital employees it be difficult to know which route to take.
Apprenticeships are developed for employers by employers, and can be tailored to teach learners the relevant skills your organisation needs. They can also help employers attract talented, driven recuits from school leavers to graduates - and train up existing staff - who want to earn while learn industry-relevant digital qualifications.
Many employers also find apprenticeships can be highly cost-effective due to the Government funding available to subsidise the cost of training.
