When filling out a form on this website, if you wish to be contacted by the Tech Partnership and about other services and information of potential interest and benefit to you and/or your organisation, you will be given the opportunity to tick the "opt-in" box provided at the end of each form.
Information our site gathers automatically (Cookies)
Currently we operate an ‘implied consent’ policy which means that we assume you are happy with this usage. If you are not happy, then you should either not use this site, or you should delete the Tech Partnership cookies having visited the site.

What cookies does the Tech Partnership use?
The Tech Partnership uses a number of vetted and trusted suppliers who set cookies on our website. Below you will find information about the cookies used by these suppliers, as well as information on what they do.
The Tech Partnership uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Google Analytics sets a cookie in order to evaluate your use of the Tech Partnership’s website. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Twitter buttons allows you to access your Twitter account when on the Tech Partnership website – no data, apart from that consented to when signing up to Facebook is captured or transferred when visiting the Tech Partnership’s website.
ShareThis provides content syndication services to the Tech Partnership, allowing you to share content on our site through existing social networks and email systems you already sign up to.
No data is captured or transferred when visiting the Tech Partnership’s website.
Google+ allows users to share content on the Tech Partnership’s website through their membership of Google’s social networking site: Google+
No data, apart from that consented to when signing up to Google+, is captured or transferred when visiting the Tech Partnership’s website.
Except for essential cookies, all cookies will expire after 30 days.

Use of information
We will only use any personally identifiable information to, where applicable:
- process an order where online ordering is available
- register your interest in the Tech Partnership's work
- improve our ability to serve you when you make an inquiry or request

If you purchase products through our site or made a donation, we use your registration information to process your order(s) and to send you email about your orders. If you submit credit card information, we use that information to collect payment for your orders. www.thetechpartnership.com uses encryption technology to attempt to protect your credit card details however we cannot guarantee that such technology is totally private or secure. If you would prefer to make payment by another method please contact us to discuss this aspect.
The information you provide or we obtain from you via the www.thetechpartnership.com will be held primarily by the Tech Partnership. You agree that the information you provide may be shown to such of its employees as need to see it and, because the Tech Partnership is sometimes funded by third parties in relation to specific projects or in connection with creating learning materials or in liaison with accreditation bodies, we may send it to such persons. You agree we may also share your information with third parties engaged to assist in the processing of any order, or in relation to any courses run or any other services provided to you.
We may also provide individually identifiable information to third parties in any case where it is required by law.
It is the Tech Partnership's policy not to disclose any individually identifiable information about site users to third parties without specific permission to do so. We do not sell users' names or email addresses to other companies to use to send unsolicited advertisements or mail.
Amending your information
You can, at any time, delete or change the information you submitted during registration by simply emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. Please remember to let us know of any changes to the information provided.
Please contact the Tech Partnership if you would like your personal information removed. We will retain in our files information you have requested to remove in some circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms & Conditions. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical constraints and the fact that we back up our systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests that it be removed.
